When the world closed its eyes, he opened his arms

I’ve always believed that one should “strive, and the rest will follow”. Do your bit of thinking and hard-work, and leave the results to time (destiny). But, more than often it also leaves a non-aggresive notion in us, because we often wait for the right moment to strive for that objective. And soon, its too late, because there’s never a “perfect time”. Hence my belief in the “strive, and the rest will follow” philosophy has been extended with this sub-facet:

Conditions are never just right. People who delay action until all factors are favorable are the kind who do nothing.

This thought partly originated from a fascinating movie I watched recently called “Hotel Rwanda” (Oscar 2004 nominee for Original Screenplay). It’s a touching yet powerful true-life story, set in the African nation of Rwanda during the civil war of the mid-1990’s.
