XML Pipelining

Sean McGrath has uploaded the slides from his XML pipelining presentation (700k Powerpoint) at XML Open 2004. XML Pipelining is an architectural framework for developing robust, scaleable, manageable XML processing systems. It is based on proven mechanical manufacturing patterns. Specifically: assembly Lines (divide and conquer), component assembly and component re-use. XML Pipelining is a way of thinking about systems that focuses on XML dataflows rather than object APIs.
